My Science Experiment
Question: What's the most effective way to remove the damaged Costa Concordia Cruise ship out of the ocean waters of Giglio, Italy? Would creating sand bars or using a balloon type object that could gradually inflate help to level out the enormous ship, so that it could be pulled out of the water?
